The production of Rodgers + Hammerstein's Cinderella that I was directing for Tokyo International Players was postponed until next year. I am aware the theatres have been closed all across the world, but it is hard not to be sad tonight as I was expecting to be at the theatre watching the cast perform after they had gotten over their opening night jitters.
At lot of musicians have been making "at home" videos and we managed to get permission to make our own. Not all of the cast were able to take part, as not everyone is comfortable with technology, but I'm thankful that so many of them managed to record. The video will be available for a limited time only, but for now we can enjoy their beautiful voices.
